Key Features
● The main unit consists of left and right mold-clamping mechanisms, a lower ejection mechanism, an optional upper tilting & clamping mechanism, bed frame, and base.
● All hydraulic pumps and valves are imported premium-brand products.
● A variable displacement piston pump is used to maintain constant system pressure and enable automatic flow adjustment, saving energy.
● All hydraulic cylinders are imported; those near the mold use high-temperature-resistant seals.
● The upper tilting & clamping mechanism features fast/slow speed control for improved efficiency and reduced impact.
● The machine can be equipped with multiple air-cooling and water-cooling channels for molds, enabling time-controlled automatic cooling. Flow rate for each channel is manually adjustable. Cooling parameters and active cooling channel selection can be configured via the HMI.
● The electrical control system uses an imported PLC as its core for both manual and automatic operation. An imported touchscreen HMI provides intuitive display of machine status, real-time fault alarms, and easy parameter setting/modification.
